Orders to any countries within the European Union will be sent excluding VAT from the 1st of January 2021. Please note that import charges may apply, please check with your local customs office for more information.

Crown Dependencies: Isle of Man, Channel Islands.

How much does it cost?
United Kingdom – Mainland – FREE POSTAGE OVER £30.
United Kingdom – Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland
Who will deliver the items?
Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail while larger items will be sent via Parcel Force Worldwide.
How long will my items take?
For orders received before 3pm, we’ll aim to dispatch your items the same day. Delivery should be within 1 to 3 days of ordering for most items ordered within our UK Mainland Area (England, Wales, Southern & Central Scotland).
Deliveries to addresses within the Highlands and Islands regions, Northern Ireland and Europe will typically take up to 7 working days to arrive.
How will I know when my order has left?
When your order leaves us, we will send you an email to confirm your items have been posted, including a tracking number if applicable. If you have supplied a mobile phone number, you will also be notified in some instances (large parcels) that your item has been dispatched. Parcel Force also send text messages on the day of delivery with a delivery time window.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of an order at any time using your My Account page.
What if my delivery doesn’t arrive?
As with all mail order companies, Prime Angling relies on third-party delivery services. While we do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are reliant on each delivery service to deliver the package to you within the time specified. We cannot be held responsible for a package that has arrived late due to an error by the delivery service used. If your parcel does not arrive when you expect it, it is best to get in touch with the courier company itself first. If you get nowhere after contacting them, please contact us.
